At Aggels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will accept returns of items that are in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 15 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s). If the item is being returned because it is damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Depending on the condition of the item, a full or partial refund may be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
