At Aggels, our top priority is to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your orders. We provide free economy shipping for all orders within the United States. Your items may ship from our USA or Internationally-based warehouses. Depending of the items you purchase, you may receive multiple deliveries to complete your shipment. We offer expedited shipping as you can see below by choosing Standard or Expedited for a nominal fee calculated based on product origin and destination.
You may choose standard shipping or expedited shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way.
Shipping Address Verification
Please ensure that the shipping address you've provided is accurate and up-to-date. You have the option to use P.O. boxes as your shipping address, but please note that certain items can only be shipped to physical addresses. This applies to large items, valuable products, perishables, items with age-based restrictions, or those sent via private carriers, which may require a physical mailing address or a signature confirmation for successful delivery. Some sellers may also specify in their product listings that they cannot ship items to P.O. boxes. Please be aware that deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Shipping Time and Costs
Once your order has been successfully paid for and confirmed, you'll find the estimated delivery time and associated shipping costs on your order confirmation page. Additionally, you will receive an order confirmation message detailing the estimated processing time for your order.
Please allow 1-5 days for our warehouse to process your order. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
Upon shipment, you'll receive a notification providing the estimated delivery time for each package, along with the corresponding tracking number. You can also access this estimated delivery time for each package within your order history.
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time in most cases, please keep in mind that actual delivery dates may be influenced by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external variables. For the most current delivery date information, refer to your tracking details.
If your package hasn't been delivered or if the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service immediately. Make sure to reach out within 90 days of the order date for assistance.
